Volkswagen is pleased to replace the ancient Volkswagen Santana with a whole new creation. The first generation of the VW Santana born in China was nothing more than the Volkswagen Passat produced in Europe between 1981 and 1988. Except that the Chinese model was continued until 2012 - that VW Santana withdrew after 29 years of production!
Presently, the Chinese have a modern second-generation model. VW Santana second generation is a compact sedan with distinct lines, with a front end governed by rectangular headlights.
Volkswagen Santana is powered by two new petrol engines: a 1.4 litre with 90 Hp and average fuel consumption of 5.9 litres/100 km and a 1.6-litre with 110 hp and an average consumption of 6.0 litres / 100 km. For now, prices were not published for the new generation of VW Santana.
